Welcome New Students! Congratulations on finding Wisconsin's only Authorized Ashtanga Yoga Studio. Unike most yoga studios, all of our teachers have been trained and authorized in India. This ancient and authentic style of yoga is known worldwide. The most important thing to understand for new students is that you are welcome and will be cared for in any class. All classes are open to beginner's or any level and experience. Please come in and feel at home! Our teachers will take care of you personally. Blessings and hope to meet you soon.
